Beach Waves
Exotic Holiday

Welcome to
Sea Forest Beach Club

A deed restricted townhome community situated near the beautiful Gulf.

Even here in the Sunshine State, the arrival of spring is unmistakable. Trees and shrubs that looked dormant just weeks ago are suddenly bursting with vibrant green leaves and new growth. The birds are back to their lively, chirping selves, and as the temperatures climb, we’re ready for more beach days and pool afternoons.

For those who celebrated Easter this past weekend, we hope your day was filled with joy, family, and friends!

Announcements

Perimeter Wall: A Fresh New Look

We are happy to announce that maintenance on our community’s perimeter wall is scheduled to begin the week of April 13. This comprehensive project includes a full power wash, repairs to cracks and bases, and finishing with a fresh coat of paint on the capping and both the inside and outside wall surfaces. We’re excited to see the dramatic touch this will add to our community’s curb appeal!

Driveway Improvements: Paver Maintenance

We’re excited to begin repairing our community's brick driveways and walkways starting April 20.

If your home is on the list for this round of repairs, look for an email and a flyer at your door with specific dates. To ensure the crew can work efficiently, please make sure your vehicles are cleared from the driveway on your scheduled day. The process includes lifting uneven bricks, leveling the ground, and relaying the pavers, followed by a professional cleaning and sealing.

Alligators in our Community

As many of you know, we live in an area where sightings of the American alligator are not uncommon, and they are occasionally seen in our ponds.

For everyone’s safety, please do not approach or feed alligators, as doing so can cause them to lose their natural fear of humans and create dangerous situations. Any reported sightings will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with community safety as the top priority.

It’s also important to understand that reporting a nuisance alligator to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is a serious step. Through its Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program, a licensed trapper will be dispatched.

Nuisance alligators are almost never relocated. They are territorial and often attempt to return if moved, sometimes traveling long distances and crossing roads or neighborhoods. Remote relocation can also lead to conflicts, often fatal, with other alligators in the new area.

Once captured, the alligator is humanely euthanized. The trapper is allowed to use or sell the meat and hide, which helps offset their costs.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our community safe while respecting local wildlife.
