What's being planned for the year!

This is an initial overview of projects currently underway. Additional initiatives will be added as the year progresses. Items are presented alphabetically and do not necessarily reflect priority order.

 

• Driveway cleaning and attention to brick pavers

• Perimeter wall repairs and painting

• Retention pond maintenance, including focus on specific zones

• “Sea Forest” signs at the main and west entrances -- refurbishment and updating

• Street light upgrades

• Surveillance camera inspection and potential upgrades

• Walkway and sidewalk cleaning

 

In addition, continued attention is being given to landscaping throughout the community—including stonework and turf—particularly at residences requiring repairs that have not yet been addressed.

 

Dog Park Cleanliness

The Association continues to receive reports of pet waste being left in the dog park. This condition is unacceptable and creates health and sanitation concerns for residents and their pets. All owners and residents using the dog park are required to maintain control of their animals at all times and to immediately clean up and properly dispose of pet waste.

 

Please be advised that the dog park is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. Residents who fail to comply will be subject to fines and possible suspension of dog park privileges in accordance with the governing documents. These rules exist to protect the health, safety, and enjoyment of the community, and future violations will result in enforcement action without further warning.

Reminders....

🐾 Dog Etiquette

Please ensure that pets are not left in lanais or backyards unattended. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times while outside their own yard and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all common areas. Aggressive dogs, excessive barking and failing to clean up after your pet will be dealt with as necessary.

🛴  Electric Scooters

To keep our community safe and peaceful for everyone, electric scooters may not be operated on Sea Forest Beach Club property, including our private roads and common areas.

 

🗑️ Use of Trash Cans

Kindly refrain from disposing of daily household trash in the pool receptacles.

Each home should have its own trash receptacles and maintain an account with JD Parker and the City of New Port Richey.
