Pasco County Drought Conditions & Water Restrictions
Our area is currently under a Phase III Modified "Extreme" Water Shortage Order, issued by the Southwest Florida Water Management District and in effect through July 1, 2026. Here's what that means for us:

We are resetting the irrigation timers to restrict watering landscaping to once per week.

Watering hours are limited to 12:01 a.m. – 4 a.m. or 8 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. only.

Hand watering of flower beds, shrubs, and other plant material is permitted any day, but only before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m.

Front Gate Repairs
Following recent damage, the front gates have been temporarily removed and sent to a fabrication shop for repairs. We will provide an update regarding the timeline for their reinstallation as soon as we have more information.
We appreciate your understanding and patience while we get this fixed!
Upcoming Maintenance: Driveway & Walkway Sealing Begins June 30
The next phase of our paver driveway maintenance is scheduled to begin this Tuesday, June 30. Our contractors will be cleaning, sanding, and sealing all paver driveways and walkways throughout the community.
Work will start on Red Snapper and progress through the neighborhood from there. You will need to move your vehicles out of your driveway and park them along the street for 24 hours while your area is being serviced.
We will send out more specific details and a timeline shortly. Thank you for your continued cooperation as we work together to maintain and improve our community!
